Kaos Softwear is currently managing a staffing shortage/downsizing/profit evaporation, resulting in longer processing times for orders. At present, retail orders are running about two weeks behind, and wholesale orders are a little over a month behind. Fast-turn retail isn't really possible here, right now.  And as a manufacturer a lot of our focus is on delivering to our many wonderful retailers around the world. If you are in a hurry for your retail purchase, please pay one of them a visit and I'm sure they will live up to your expectations.

 

During this period, we will be continuing to limit customer communications to prioritize order fulfillment.

 

Please note: expedited shipping will speed up delivery once the order leaves our facility, but will not reduce factory processing time.
