Kaos Softwear is currently managing a staffing shortage, resulting in longer processing times for orders. At present, retail orders are running about two weeks behind, and wholesale orders are about a month behind. Our team is working overtime to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but it will take some time to return to our usual pace.

During this period, we’ll be limiting customer communications to prioritize order fulfillment. If you need to cancel or request a refund, rest assured these will be honored, though replies may be delayed.

As a gesture of appreciation for your patience, late retail orders will include a little something extra. If you have a specific item in mind, please let us know. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we may not be able to fulfill requests placed close to your order’s shipment date.

Please note: expedited shipping will speed up delivery once the order leaves our facility, but will not reduce factory processing time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we work hard to get back up to speed.

About Kaos

Kaos Softwear is the creation of founders Jesse Jarrell and Steve Haworth. They started researching the idea of using silicone for jewelry in the late 90’s and began production of the first-ever flexible eyelets introduced to the body jewelry industry in 2002.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Kaos Softwear specializes in the production of the world’s most flexible and comfortable premium silicone body jewelry.

Since our humble beginnings, our jewelry has been engineered, manufactured and prepared by people immersed within the body modification community and from varied backgrounds and subcultures. This guarantees our customers a product that meets the quality standards we hold for our personal adornments. By being a part of the culture we serve, we pass that passion and insight along to our customers, ensuring they receive a product we care about and have built our lives upon.

Kaos Softwear takes great pride in offering a product made from implant-grade silicone. All materials are obtained and manufactured within the United States to create the Kaos Softwear product line. The silicone is batch tested at the manufacturer and Kaos keeps these records on hand at our facility, always available to our customers.

Kaos Softwear Body Jewelry meets government safety guidelines in accordance with California Prop 65 and current regulations restricting the use of lead, phthalates, and cadmium.
